"This agent is horrible. I was a first time buyer and he was more interested in making a deal. When the home inspector gave me his findings, Gary convinced me that theissues were not a problem, and naive and first time home buyer that I was, I agreed. My biggest mistake. Trusting him. Given a choice, stay away from him. He is a smooth talker, very knowledgeable which is good for him and bad for you because his best interests a heart is Gary, not yo, the customer."

"Gary was great to work with from the beginning. As a first time home buyer, I was having trouble obtaining a loan. After getting in touch with Gary, he was able to search through his many contacts and find a lender for me with an acceptable rate. The next part was finding a home with very specific "must haves". Once again, Gary came through with finding the perfect home. Then with Gary's expertise, we were able to negotiate very favorable terms with the seller and acquire my first home. I would highly recommend Gary Rossignol to anyone looking for a professional Realtor!"
